Treatment Plan, Initial Scan and Digital Simulation
The journey begins in the clinic with a thorough consultation where the treatment plan is meticulously crafted. Using advanced scanning technology, the doctor captures a precise digital model of the patient’s oral cavity.
Simultaneously, ModJaw records dynamic mandibular movements, critical for ensuring functional excellence in the final work. With Smilecloud, patients are provided with a digital simulation of their new smile, offering a clear vision of the final outcome before any work begins.

Patient File in Internal Database
All collected data is securely stored in our comprehensive digital patient management system, accessible to our partner clinics.
This software consolidates prescriptions, photographs, records, and clinical notes into a single, organized file.
This centralized approach ensures clear, consistent communication between the clinic and the lab, streamlining the entire treatment process.

Wax-Up or Temporary PMMA
Based on the initial scan data, our lab creates a detailed wax-up or a provisional PMMA model, which is presented to the patient for review. This stage allows the patient to validate both the aesthetics and functionality of the proposed treatment, offering them a tangible preview of their final smile. Adjustments can be made to ensure the highest level of satisfaction before moving to the final phase.

Final Scan and Realization of the Final Work
Once the provisional model is approved, the doctor conducts a final scan, incorporating all the refined details.
Our lab then recreates the approved design in the final material, using cutting-edge technology to achieve superior aesthetics and precise functionality.
This ensures that the final result is not only a perfect replication of the provisional but also a true reflection of the patient’s desired outcome.
