How do I send you a case?
We provide you with a communication account with the lab, where you create a prescription for each case. You can send us the scans through 3Shape Communicate, Medit Link, MyiTero and other platforms, or by email.
Which scanners do you accept?
We accept scans from any intraoral scanner on the market.
Which implant systems do you work with?
We work with all implant systems on the market. The components are ordered by the clinic and sent to the lab, or we can order them for you.
What are your turnaround times?
Our standard turnaround time is 5 working days from the moment the prescription is created in the communication account. For immediate loading cases, the turnaround time is 24 hours; they must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance.
Do you offer an express service?
Yes, for definitive restorations, subject to a surcharge.
How does the work reach the clinic and how much does shipping cost?
We ship with UPS to any city in Europe. In most cities, the work arrives at the clinic the next day by 12:00. Shipping is included in the price.
How do I track a case?
In the communication account we provide, you can follow your cases live and you are notified when the work leaves the lab.
Do I receive a declaration of conformity?
Yes, it is generated automatically in the communication account between the clinic and the lab.
Which photos should I send?
We have a photography protocol for facial integration and for shade photos.
Which materials do you use?
Zirconia, e.max CAD (Ivoclar), Tetric composite (Ivoclar), multilayer PMMA (Ivoclar) and titanium bars milled in our lab.
Where is the work made?
Entirely in our lab in Bucharest, in the European Union.
What are your prices?
We send our price list on request.
Do your prices include VAT?
No. Dental prostheses made by dental laboratories are exempt from VAT in the European Union.
